1. Film faced shuttering plywood - Shuttering Plywood is a highly densified plywood with a smooth film coating on both sides of the faces and is used primarily for cement formworks during construction. The plywood is generally pressed to a thickness of 12mm, 18mm and 21mm with a density of 700-1000 Kg/cubic meter respectively to ensure it supports the weight of poured concrete. 12mm - 34Kg - Good for 10 - 15 Repetitions

Repetitions can be increased at the cost of smoothness and clarity of the surface. These are only suggestable figures, repetition number is far high as per normal requirements.

3. Red & Brown phenolic overlay.
Densified has a red and brown phenolic overlay. A smooth phenol film, which is hot-pressed onto the surface, is used as an overlay. Phenol film is a special paper (semi) in which Kraft paper is saturated with phenol-formaldehyde resin. The solution impregnation also contains antiadgezivnye substances, pigments or coloring matter. Self-adhesive paper is used to cover wooden slabs, usually plywood slabs.
The overlying surface will be smooth, glossy, and hard. It withstands abrasion, is moisture-resistant, and resists commonly used chemicals, dilute acids, and alkalis. 4. IS 4990.

5. 5 step H & C Compression Technology is used to press the ply for a perfect finish. Pre-press and hot press steps ensure zero core gap and superior bonding.
